Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from California. We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We use standard shipping services (such as USPS, UPS, or similar carriers). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. These time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email, if available for your selected shipping method. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us at nickllmadee@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for all cases.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
